The concierge is an AI
Every concierge, including Sarah, identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of each call.
What it will do
Answer missed and after-hours calls for a contractor, take the request, and pass it to the contractor's desk.
What it won't do
Quote rates, approve work, or promise a booking time.
Call backs
We only call you back if you said it's OK during your call. The concierge will remind you it's the AI assistant you spoke with.
Texting
Text updates coming soon. We won't text you until it's live and you've said OK.
Directory listings
Contractors appear only with their permission. A listing or license check is not an endorsement.
