Private working list

Launch checklist

What is left before 888 All Trades opens to contractors and customers, in the order we plan to knock it out. No sign-in needed.

Still to do

1. 1Test a real phone call to 1-888-ALL-TRADES

The number rings through to Sarah's own phone agent, and her directory lookup is connected. Waiting on a live test call so you can hear her read the results.

2. 2Pick Lincoln's voice

Four candidates are playable in the chat window and at /voice-lab. Once you pick one, he gets a live talk path.

3. 3Fill in the texting application

The draft needs your legal name exactly as on the EIN letter, the EIN, entity type, and a contact email. Nothing is filed until you approve it.

4. 4Move the 951 number into its own texting setup

951-579-7773 should sit in an All Trades texting setup on Telnyx, separate from the 888 BANKROLL one.

5. 5Sarah saves a caller's verbal yes

When a caller says yes to a callback or a link text, Sarah records the number, the question, the answer and the time. Separate yes for each, only for that request.

6. 6STOP and HELP replies built and tested

Required before the texting application is filed.

7. 7File the texting application

After the steps above, with your approval. One to two weeks is a planning allowance, not a promise.

8. 8Texts go live after a real delivery test

Link texts and desk alerts stay off until approval and a successful test message.

9. 9Desk owners set their home ZIP and range

Each contractor sets where they work from and how far, so directory listings match real service areas.

10. 10AT&T vanity number transfers

In batches of two to four, in your priority order. Gather the exact name and service address AT&T has on file for each number.
